Job Posting for Assistant operation at Noble One Staffing

Responsibilities :

Administrative duties on project start up such as creating field project information packets for new projects.
Perform bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records according to established accounting principles.
Assist with payroll processing and handle basic human resource duties.
Track technicians hours on projects through electronic time clock system
Provide daily project dispatches to field technicians
Track and create close out packages with as builts and test results
Maintain a professional and organized office environment.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 years of experience working in an office administration role, preferably within the construction industry.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.

Job Types : Contract, Full-time

Pay : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

8 hour shift

Work Location : One location
