Responsibilities
The enterprise refreshes 25% of their assets on an annual basis and this team is responsible for working with the End Users to replace old equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the annual project
Schedule refresh with user
upload user info to network or external drive
image new PC
download user info on new equipment
post upgrade support and sign off
The technician will receive direction from the Lead and will report their progress daily on the devices they were able to complete
Once they are able to refresh devices, they will help the end users with any follow up support if needed
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
