The Company: Fabric Renewal is a fast-paced, restoration dry cleaner in North Jersey. We are looking for an outside account manager to work remotely to establish and maintain accounts. Our unique company helps thousands of families recover from the devastating effects of catastrophes such as fire, water, and mold damage. We aid homeowners during these traumatic experiences by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning, and returning all of their soft good items and electronics.
The position: We are seeking the position of Outside Sales Rep for our NJ office. We are looking for a highly motivated, confident and honest individual to become a part of our sales team.
Responsibilities:
· Call on new prospects by phone, text, email and in-person with the goal of setting face-to-face meetings and initiating relationships
· Meet clients on job sites to determine project scope
· Determine the needs of the individual prospect by conducting a thorough needs analysis during appointment
· Establish value with a prospect by custom-tailoring our services to their specific needs
· Thoroughly talk through any objections or insecurities prospect may have, in order to close the sale in a non-aggressive manner
· Account management and relationship building with the prospect throughout the new account acquisition process and beyond
· Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and consistent lead Generation from existing account base
· Document all client contacts in our CRM
· Develop content for ongoing email marketing campaigns
· Organize company marketing events
Skills:
· Minimum of 2-5 years of B2B experience
· Finding, qualifying, and closing new prospects
· Strong Communication skills
· Excellent time and territory management skills
· Must enjoy travel. (This position requires lots of face time with prospect/client base and occasional overnight stays for national and regional conferences)
· Must be able to develop and maintain long-term relationships with a client base
