Fabulous Frocks Bridal is growing and we’re on the hunt for the perfect person to join our team! We are looking for an experienced boutique manager to manage all day to day operations of our Nashville boutique. The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate leadership ability, excellent communication and problem solving skills, and a desire to exceed sales goals.
Fabulous Frocks Bridal is Nashville's premier off the rack bridal boutique. We specialize in ready to wed designer gowns that our brides are able to take home the same day they say yes. In addition to our collection of over 180 off the rack gowns, we also have a small selection of made to order gowns. We are entering into our tenth year of business and have established a well known reputation for our outstanding customer service and desire to go above and beyond for our brides.
Boutique Manager responsibilities include:
- Oversee all day to day operations of a luxury bridal boutique
- Manage all staff including hiring, training, employee reviews, employee goals, and schedules
- Drive sales and business growth through local opportunities and innovative strategies
- Deliver exceptional customer service, work one on one with brides to help them find their dream gown
- Cultivate an environment that is motivating, productive, and highly engaging
- Represent Fabulous Frocks in the local market, building brand awareness and establishing strong community ties
- Handling all social media accounts and content creation (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, our personal blog)
- Scheduling appointments and following up with brides
- Inventory management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the luxury or bridal industry
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- A strong passion for fashion, particularly bridal, with an extensive knowledge of current trends and a deep fashion culture
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and team members alike
- A balanced set of hard and soft skills, including leadership, team management, problem-solving, empathy, and adaptability

Salary: $48,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
