As a Regulatory Response Program Manager in the Legal & Compliance Ops team, you will manage high priority efforts to track success, improve efficiency, and enable seamless compliance with external regulations with a keen eye towards strategy and impact. In this role, you will be required to showcase excellent leadership, project management, problem solving, and communication among a highly cross-functional stakeholder base. You will be expected to drive effective stakeholder engagement and change management while holding your team and XFNs accountable to deliver impactful outcomes.Successful candidates are compelling and experienced thought leaders in the operations space, and use data-driven, flexible models to adapt to constant changes and solve tough problems. We want a strong individual contributor leader who thinks creatively and understands how to scope and achieve ambitious goals for the team and their XFN partners. Ability to work seamlessly across different time zones and keen attention to risk nuances are critical skills in this role.You will be a leader in a group that is always innovating, improving, and building for scale. You'll use data-driven techniques, industry-leading workforce management strategies, advanced process improvement and legal and policy expertise to ensure that we comply with Meta’s obligations, while facilitating a community that’s satisfied with their experience.


Program Manager, Regulatory Response Operations Responsibilities:

  • Build strategies and track the impact of a high-performing global team supporting operational compliance issues across Meta and its family of apps
  • Work with leaders across operations and partner organizations on strategies for executing improvement opportunities, measuring progress and communicating results
  • Employ consistent and polished communication strategies across stakeholder to update appropriately on results, roadblocks, and impact
  • Build strategic relationships and engage with global and cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate financial risks to the company
  • Identify and scope opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, improve quality, and implement scalable solutions
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders and teams to influence and enable scalable solutions, leveraging data, infra/engineering, product, and workforce strategies
  • Mission-driven, extremely reliable, hard-working



Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or higher
  • 7 years of operational project/program management experience in a fast-moving project/program-based environment
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments in leadership roles
  • Demonstrated executive presence and expert communication practices
  • Experience with complex business problem-solving and applying proven data analytics skills
  • Experience building and tracking risk reduction strategies across multiple teams
  • Experience presenting strategy and business outcomes to leadership
  • Experience roadmapping and setting goals in the service of strategic impact



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading Ops or Integrity strategy at a technology company with significant scale
  • Experience leading Ops or Integrity strategy directly related to Legal and Compliance
  • Experience thriving in an unstructured environment
