FASCON’s Facility Management Team has decades of experience in providing facility maintenance to the government and their contractors. FASCON is searching for a Custodial Quality Control Manager for day shift. Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. They implement quality control procedures and assure DFOWS are per SOW. Provide quality control of established predictive / preventive maintenance program. Ensuring the program is executed efficiently and effectively in accordance with the Contract. Applicant must have five (5) years of full day time work experience in the field of Janitorial services as a QC Mgr., in custodial environment.
Requirements:
- Top Secret Clearance Preferred
- Bachelor Degree Required or Equivalent Experience
- Quality inspection experience. (5 Years)
- Experienced with implementation of corrective action programs.
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Responsibilities: Quality focused in accordance with the contract documents, specified industry standards.

Essential Functions:
- Provide quality review of Custodial Services, ensuring cleanliness of restrooms and the periodic or scheduled cleaning of common areas and dedicated offices area.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Plan, conduct and monitor to ensure finished product quality
- Document quality control activities
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Self directed site visits to asses levels of quality and adherence to SOW
- Report to Senior Management on an agreed upon basis the findings of the projects
