Job Scope
The Marketing Specialist is focused on the development and conversion of contacts to leads and leads to customers through FSG’s marketing channels. The Marketing Specialist will work to both gain new contacts and develop existing ones to point of conversion from contact to lead and lead to customer.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent work experience.
3 years of experience in inbound and outbound marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of success in driving leads and revenue through both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.
Experience producing copy for advertising or marketing campaigns, exceptional skill in social media writing, including hashtags and relevant acronyms, proficiency with common office software, experience with SEO concepts, and social media marketing.
Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Levels I, II, and III experience levels are defined as follows: Level I has 2-5 years of experience, Level II has 5-10 years of experience, and Level III has 10-plus years of experience.
