You'll:
- Orchestrate our recruitment efforts, from crafting compelling job descriptions to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the competitive packaging industry.
- Design and implement employee development programs that keep our team at the cutting edge of sustainable packaging innovation.
- Navigate the complexities of employee relations, fostering a positive work environment where creativity and productivity thrive.
- Craft and manage compensation and benefits packages that reward excellence and align with our company's growth trajectory.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, safeguarding our company and employees as we expand into new markets.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You bring 3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a generalist role.
- You're well-versed in federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- You have experience with HRIS systems and can leverage technology to streamline HR processes.
- You're a clear and persuasive communicator, able to connect with everyone from production line workers to executive leadership.
- You have a track record of implementing successful HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and company performance.
- You have experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
- You're passionate about sustainability and have ideas on how HR can contribute to eco-friendly business practices.
- You've worked in a rapidly growing company and understand the unique HR challenges that come with scaling up.
- You have experience with change management and can help guide our team through periods of growth and transition.
- You're pursuing or have attained PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certifications.
- You have experience with lean manufacturing principles and how they apply to HR practices.
