• Location: **Blaine, MN
  
  
  

Hours:- 5am– 3:30pm, Monday – Thursday

• OR 6am– 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday
• Pay: **$20 - $26/hr.– Depending on Experience (DOE )

Responsibilities of the press brake operator:

• Operate press brakes, grinders, shears, punch press, and laser machines effectively.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations.
• Interpret and comprehend work orders and blueprints accurately.
• Make necessary adjustments to machines as required.
• Conduct inspections on produced parts for quality assurance.
• Clock in and out of the computer system for each job.
• Perform data entry tasks into the ERP system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Requirements of the press brake operator:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient understanding of workflow maintenance.
• Basic math skills.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.
