The position will identify and compile data to provide actionable insights and inform organizational priorities. Candidates should possess strengths in task completion and time management as well as a sensitivity to the people behind a process. The position will drive a culture of learning at Fahe by collaborating with data producing departments to support quality assurance and developing tools using data visualization software such as Tableau, R, and Excel (among others) to share analysis of the information with colleagues throughout the organization, from mortgage processors to the executive leadership team, as well as funders, media, and advocacy audiences. Key areas of partnership are IT, Lines of Business, Membership, Investments, and Advocacy. The person in this position will play a vital role in increasing our understanding of the cumulative impact of investments in the region through the Membership. The position reports to the Vice President of Research.

Essential Duties And Functions
- Represents Fahe in the most positive manner to existing and prospective colleagues, Members, supporters (funders, investors, and research partners), and other stakeholders within and beyond the region.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in all project work with special regard to strategic vision of the organization, organizational priorities, and goals.
- Uphold the strict confidentiality of personally identifiable information.
- Implement and inform workplans to collect information in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner.
- Share findings from reports, analysis, and contribute to the development of policies, manuals and trainings to improve upon organizational weaknesses.
- Fluently use corporate platforms (Teams, Salesforce, Tableau Cloud, etc.) to inform and manage a system to guide multiple Fahe actors in the strategic improvement of our data and business analytics practices.
- Use software such as Tableau, R, and others as needed, both independently and in collaboration with members of the Research team and other key stakeholders (IT, etc.)
- Communicate with colleagues, Members, and participates in all company meetings as assigned.
- Maintains complete documentation of work products and processes.

- Strong data analysis or business intelligence skills.
- Knowledge and proficiency working with MS Office applications, R (preferred), Tableau (strongly preferred), ArcGIS (optional), Salesforce (preferred), and ability to quickly understand new products, such as those used by particular departments.
- Excellent customer service approach.
- Bachelors in Related Field required, or certifications in Tableau, data management, and related tasks may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 Years' Experience in a related field, education substituted for up to 2 years’ professional experience.
