**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with security procedures during the night shift - Prepare daily reports for hotel management **Experience:** - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred - Knowledge of hotel management software and phone systems - Familiarity with night audit processes - Strong communication and customer service skills - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Ability to handle guest services with professionalism and courtesy - Understanding of resort operations and guest services - Excellent phone etiquette skills This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, gaining valuable experience in hotel operations.
