Night Auditor

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions and ensure accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts, including charges and credits
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with managing reservations and room assignments
- Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises during the night shift
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry

Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Proficiency in front desk operations and hotel management software systems
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and familiarity with accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to operate phone systems and handle calls with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
