What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - Registered Nurse position at Fairview Health Services?
- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $34 - $43 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
- Additional pay when working evening/night shifts!
This Registered Nurse role would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the home care clients are met.
Casual Nursing schedule includes;
- 56 hours every two weeks
- Day shift

- Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plans
- Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Provides data relevant to the development of care plans
- Assesses resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as needed
- Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
- One to three years previous related experience preferred but not required
- Associates Degree; Required
- Current MN RN licensure
- AHA BLS or Red Cross CPR for Healthcare Providers or Professional Rescuers
