The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU (transitional care unit /sub acute) adult patients' physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines for our spacious skilled nursing community in Burnsville, MN.
Nursing schedule includes;
Ebenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. - 64 hours in a two-week pay period
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation
- Evening shift

- Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plans
- Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Provides data relevant to the development of the resident care
- RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed
- Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be
- Current MN RN license or by start date
- BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently
practice
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
