Job Summary:
We are seeking an associate attorney to practice in one or more of the following areas: Real Estate, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, General Litigation and/or Family Law. Applicant should be interested in a long-term position with our firm. The successful candidate will assist in various legal matters, including research, drafting legal documents, and providing support to senior attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to grow their career in the legal field.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions
- Assist in preparing for trials and hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Attend client meetings and provide legal advice as needed
- Review and analyze documents for discovery purposes
- Assist in negotiating settlements or agreements on behalf of clients
- Conduct interviews with clients, witnesses, and experts
- Maintain accurate and organized case files

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in legal administrative tasks is preferred

Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in legal research and writing
- Ability to draft legal documents accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of litigation procedures and strategies
- Familiarity with conducting interviews and gathering evidence
