Description :
Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is searching for a part-time team member focused on logistics and crematory operations at our Twinsburg, Ohio facility.
Experience in dispatching is preferred. This is an evening shift, hours would be from 1 : 30-10pm.
The position entails :
Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
Performs opening and closing duties to ensure the safety of staff, equipment, and facilities.
Conducts high-quality, respectful cremation services (training provided.)
Plans and schedules driver routes for pick-ups and returns to home and veterinary clinics.
Serves as the main point of contact for all driver-facing communication via phone, proprietary software, text, and email.
Maintains attention to detail while serving multiple families, ensuring an error-free standard.
Monitors the movement of drivers to meet scheduled pick-ups and returns efficiently.
Responds to customers and veterinary staff promptly and professionally, providing thorough support.
Assists in maintaining a clean and presentable state of the crematory facility and company vehicles.
Requirements :
Comfortable speaking to people with compassion and professionalism.
Valid Driver's License.
Possess a clean motor vehicle record.
Successfully pass a 4-panel drug test and background check.
Ability to lift at least 75lbs unaided.
A cell phone with the ability to call, text, and use a GPS application.
Detail-oriented customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering error-free services.
Flexibility with scheduling, evening and weekends are required and shifts will vary.
Compensation details : 20-22 Hourly Wage
