What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT position at FaithStaff LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
- Perform routine nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and vital sign monitoring
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care in urgent situations
Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Proficient in medication administration, including injections
- Experience in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, including toddlers and elderly individuals
Skills:
