Job Title: Registered Nurse Unit Manager
$30/HR--40HRS=$1200/Week*8HR Shift* (645am -3:15pm) *13 Week Contract
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff and patient care in a specific unit or department.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in nursing leadership or management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
