The location for this position is in Mesa Arizona and is a hybrid position with 60% of the time expected to be in office. Must be willing to travel domestically and globally as needed.
Position Summary:
The primary focuses for this position is assisting in development of project plans and schedules, ensuring the successful tracking, coordination, and completion of projects within the revenue cycle management domain. Your ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables will be crucial to our success in optimizing revenue cycle processes and keep initiatives on track.
- Leading and managing RCM projects from initiation to closure
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables, keep initiatives on track and ensure communication is clear and transparent.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, including defining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met,
- Tracking and reporting project metrics, including costs, schedule adherence, and quality.
- Providing regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Conducting post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify lessons learned.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or administration field preferred.
- Proven and 2 years minimum relevant experience as a project manager, certification preferred; healthcare related experience is helpful.
- Advanced proficiency using use Microsoft Office suite, functioning familiarity with PowerApps.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn billing systems. ust work well in a team environment and be comfortable in a supervisory Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to learn new systems and tools.
- Detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
