Responsibilities:
-Strong communication skills between FOH and BOH
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a line cook is preferred
- Knowledge of food service management and kitchen operations
- Strong understanding of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously
