What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Listening Analyst position at Falls+Partners?
The ideal candidate will work across multiple listening platforms to identify, qualify and quantify opportunities for clients focused on:
- Content ideation and inspiration
- Conversational response / Proactive engagement
- Product feedback and R&D
- Trend spotting to inform content, brand, product teams
The ideal candidate will also lead monthly and quarterly reporting efforts including analysis of data to produce insights to guide brand, product and content teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and compile conversations in daily report for working meeting
- Trend spot and ideate around brand content and engagement opportunities
- Compile data into actionable reports
- Prepare pitch and presentation materials
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Think strategically about improving brand and product social initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-5 years experience with social listening software, analysis or reporting
- Familiarity with content creation for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Experience with social listening components of Sprinklr a plus
