We are a fun family chiropractic practice seeking energetic person who enjoys working with people and has excellent attention to detail.
Work schedule: Mon 2:15-6pm Tue 8:15-11am and 2:15-6pm
Wed 2:15-6pm Thu 8:15-11 am and 2:15-6pm
No weekends. Paid holidays after initial 3 months
```Duties:```
- Provide administrative support to the chiropractic office
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
```Skills:```
- Knowledge of medical administrative support procedures and practices preferred
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
