About the Community
Located just 30 miles north of Grand Rapids, Grant is a growing, rural community with a rich history located along the M-37 corridor in Newaygo County. Dubbed a “Farm to Table” district, Grant revels in its superb multigenerational farms, the beauty in its myriad fruit orchards, and farm-to-table restaurants. Grant is also considered an outdoorsman’s paradise with 234 lakes, 356 miles of rivers, and over 100,000 acres of national forest in Newaygo County. Grant is a short 30-minute drive to the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan.
What We Provide:
- 4 or 5-day work week
- No hospital rotations
- Minimal on-call schedule
- Generous administrative time (up to 8 hours weekly)
- Realistic productivity standards (2 patients per hour)
- Eligible for up to $75,000 in tax-free student loan repayment through NHSC for two years and $20,000 each additional year.
- Eligible for up to $300,000 in loan repayment through Michigan State Loan Repayment Program.

Certificate/License Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
- State of Michigan medical license
- State of Michigan controlled substance license
- Federal DEA license
