Job Summary
The Medical Patient Access Scheduler will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and scheduling medical appointments for all Family HealthCare locations. To be successful in this role, the Patient Access Scheduler must be an advocate for both FHC and patients, have excellent customer service skills, patience, cultural sensitivity, and empathy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or similar software.
