We are seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers / Nurse Practitioners to join our Family! 

We currently have Full-Time positions available for an Advanced Practice Provider. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Locations:  Brushy Creek, Cedar Park, and Lake Travis

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an APP, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Your expertise in diagnosis, treatment, and management of patient health issues will be invaluable in ensuring comprehensive, high-quality care for those we serve. Job Requirements 

  • Current and unrestricted license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of employment 
  • Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited institution 
  • National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - DEA license or eligibility to apply for one 
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), PALS and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Certification can be obtained or renewed trough our in-house nurse educator. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an APRN or PA, preferably in primary care, acute care, or a specialty area relevant to the practice setting.  Will consider exceptional applicants with less experiece.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments - Prescriptive authority or eligibility to apply for prescriptive authority in the state of employment 
  • Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems 
  • Strong understanding of disease prevention, diagnosis, and management 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team 
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development to maintain current knowledge in the field 
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance requirements 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing healthcare environments and work schedules


Job Responsibilities 

  •  Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including taking detailed histories and performing physical examinations. 
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. 
  • Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations. 
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies, such as lab tests and imaging studies. 
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health status, disease processes, and management plans. 
  • Perform procedures within the scope of practice, such as suturing, casting, and joint injections. 
  • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary. 
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in electronic health systems. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff and other healthcare team members. 
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery. 
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of evidence-based practice.
  •  Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices. 
  • Adhere to ethical principles and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education programs. 
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and community resources when appropriate.
