Independent Insurance Agency Customer Service Representative

Family Insurance Center is a growing independent agency in the East Central/NE WI Wisconsin region with a hometown connection and ten locations throughout Northeast Wisconsin working for our communities. Due to our continued growth we are searching for an applicant to represent our agency as a CSR/Account Manager. Account Managers will service existing policies across Commercial, Personal or Agriculture divisions, cross-sell new policies to existing customers, as well as assist the sales team in writing new business. Responsibilities

• Using Agency Management System to enter and update customer activity on a daily basis
• Provide superior Customer Service to all clients
• Assist sales staff with quoting and selling of new policies
• Work with other account managers to ensure daily tasks are completed
• Communicate effectively via Phone, Email, and Microsoft Teams
• Work with several companies to find the best insurance protection and financial solutions for our customers
