Job Description
What’s the opportunity?
The Account Executive - Cross Sell (CX) role is vital to delivering topline revenue growth through selling additional products and services into our customer base.

Here’s how you’ll do it:
- You’ll take ultimate ownership of growing revenue within our existing customer base by selling additional products and services to our existing customer space within a defined territory
- Build relationships and become a trusted advisor of customers through doing what you say you'll do and listening to what the customer really wants
- Identify customer challenges early and then work cross organizationally to solve them effectively, efficiently and apply lessons learned
- Upsell new products to our customers
- You'll advocate for our customers and relay requests, wants and needs to our development teams
Qualifications
What will you bring?
- Experience successfully managing customers, generating revenue, retention and upselling
- High level of business acumen and emotional intelligence
- High level of proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly build relationships
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a high activity and competitive environment
- Ability to travel to tradeshows & represent Linewize
- Grit and tenacity
You’ll have:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3 years of technology/SaaS sales or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience in selling Social and Emotional Learning in Ed-Tech
- Quota carrying and upsell experience
