Job Description
Fanatics Brands is looking for an Associate Supply Planner to work closely with Sales, Manufacturing & Purchasing Operations, and Strategic Sourcing to handle the assignment of prioritized forecasted demand to the most optimal use of manufacturing and inventory capacities. Ensuring support of the Customer Order Capable to Promise process managed by Manufacturing Operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage appropriate planned inventory levels to support the business as agreed upon by Management
- Collaborate with Inventory Planning to create net material requirements plan that reflect order stock, cycle stock, and safety stock
- Maintain supply orders within RCCP to show allocated capacity
- Resolve unmet demand issues per planning rules, e.g., move early, move late, move/split to alternate routing, recommend inventory move/split
- Create projected planned supply orders by product and location to consume net demand requirements
- Meet or exceed SLA’s as defined by Procurement Planning Management (inventory, fill rate, inventory turns, excess / aged inventory, out of stock inventory, customer back-order fulfillment)
- Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing and Purchasing Operations in business planning and performance, consistently delivering strong results and positive vendor and manufacturing experience
- Identify and implement process & business improvement with assignments – vendor, manufacturing, and planning function projects
- Implementation process / business improvement with assignments – vendor specific and departmental projects
- Handle inquiries from Merchandising, Sales and Manufacturing Operations, and Finance related to supply planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2 years of demonstrated ability in allocation, demand planning, or inventory management
- Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and ability to work well within a team
- Effective in communication, influencing, negotiating, and driving projects to completion
