THE POSITION:

FanDuel is seeking a Payments Business Development Manager to partner with the existing teams and drive our Payments Partnerships across all our Products & Markets. This includes working with a wide range of teams from Product to Legal to Commercial to improve upon our existing partnerships, all with the goal of a customer first experience to help users get their money in and out of our products easier, faster, and safer than our competitors. THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play
Partner with Internal and External Stakeholders to serve as the key point of contact for all our Payments partnerships. Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships to drive initiatives to resolution
- Serve as main point of contact on the FanDuel side, assisting with inbound and outbound requests with each vendor
- Improve processes, automate tasks, and develop new solutions while balancing operational impacts
- Partner with Payments and Fraud Strategy teams to see projects through completion
- Own quarterly and annual business reviews with key payments partners
- Assist with deal creation and renegotiations
THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience needed in business development and/or account management
- Minimum 1 year of experience needed in Payments or Gambling
- Interest in fintech and new payments technologies (P2P, Crypto, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in an environment of complexity, ambiguity, changing priorities and flex based on demand
- Extremely detail oriented with superb organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple areas of the business and levels of management
- Knowledge of sports betting and online gambling a huge plus
