What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Coordinator position at Fantastic Floors?
We are looking to hire a full time Residential Coordinator for our front desk.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service in person, through the phone, and by email.
- Schedule installations.
- Send invoices.
- Place orders and speak with our orders clerk.
- Relay emails, texts, and verbal messages to your teammates.
- Schedule estimates and walkthroughs.
- Be able to gather information from our customers, to relay to your teammates.
- Take notes of day to day occurrences.

We are looking for a full time Residential Coordinator, with pay being between $18.00 / Hour to $19.00 / Hour based on experience.
Requirements:
- Dress business casual, to formal
- Quickbooks (preferred)
- Monday.com (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 year of customer service
