Demonstrate strategic awareness by planning annual platform activities, establishing user recognition of the platform, and increasing user engagement and acquisition.
Conduct targeted planning for specific activities and user groups based on data observations, designing marketing schemes that cater to user needs and merchant demands. Understand and integrate business needs to form strategies that achieve results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years of experience in regional operations, user operations, or event operations.
Strong event planning and user insight capabilities, able to independently complete the planning, execution, and review of activities.
Excellent project management and communication skills, proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. Capable of coordinating multiple resources to efficiently execute plans.
