We automate their connections between their business systems and popular marketplaces and carts such as Amazon, eBay, Newegg, Buy.com, Yahoo, Magento, Shopify, Shipwire, and more.
About You
FarApp is looking for a full-time SaaS Sales Representative to join our team located in Torrance, CA. The objective of this position is to assist our business development team in handling inbound sales calls with partners and potential customers and use industry knowledge and expertise of our product to help bring new customers on board.
We're looking for somebody who is passionate about technology and thrives on helping people land what they need for their business. You must have an internal desire to understand the product you are selling in order to be comfortable selling it. FarApp separates itself from the competition by having a stronger understanding of the business processes and the best practices that make our customers successful and guiding them in that direction. That means that you will have a thirst for knowledge so you can provide that guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound sales inquiries and calls, including technical sales calls with prospective clients
- Learn and understand the e-commerce market space and our role within it to guide new customers to best practices and effective integrations with our organization
- Take part in KPIs, sales campaigns, and other metrics to accurately measure sales pipeline and velocity
- Future responsibilities may include some outbound initiatives for the sales department
- Conduct demos showing customers how our product works
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in IT, Business Administration, or similar
- 1+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in SaaS
- Comfortable and confident in talking with potential customers
- Excellent communication skills in English – both written and oral
- Experience in eCommerce, business solutions, ERP or CRM industry in a sales capacity is a plus
- NetSuite sales experience is a big plus
- Limited travel
