Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Associate in the production of a multi-line insurance agency. As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through handling all incoming phone calls and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Principal Duties:
Handle all phone calls on multi-line phone system
Computer updates, inquiries, data input, maintain data base
Daily mail
Record keeping
Inventory control-supplies
Filing
Setting appointments
Other administrative duties as assigned
Manage sales associate daily schedule
Qualifications:
Minimum hiring age 18
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Computer knowledge
Excellent organizational skills
Reasonable and predictable attendance
Excellent phone skills
Property & Casualty License required within 1st year
Full-time Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
