Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with service-related issues
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates as needed
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- proficiency is highly desirable
- Experience in sales or upselling is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
