Responsibilities/Duties
- Ability to make and service loans
- Lead and direct the branch office in new business development efforts
- Assure prompt delivery of service to member-borrowers
- Develop and implement marketing and business plans
- Take a leadership role in promoting the Association at the local level
- Assure sound loans and lending practices
- Complete documentation and analysis of loans
- Direct financially related services
- Act on loans and loan-related actions within limits of delegated authority
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Agriculture
- Three years of credit experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of computer applications
- Knowledge of local/state agriculture
