**Hybrid-Position is required to work a percentage of time each week out of either our Omaha, NE or Fargo, ND offices**

FCSAmerica is seeking an SVP of Corporate Operations to provide senior level leadership and strategic direction for the Corporate Operations Teams. Accountable for execution of the organization's lending and credit operational strategies and processes. Create alignment of business unit operations function to create synergies in serving customers holistically. Serve as a coach and mentor to the respective Vice Presidents of these teams by selecting and developing talent, establishing expectations for effective team leadership, inspiring a shared vision that aligns with the organizations Strategic Framework, and influence leadership decisions to assure performance meets or exceeds business plan goals. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships throughout the agricultural and financial services industry, Farm Credit System, and governmental sectors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to Corporate Operations leadership and respective teams.

  • Overall responsible for continual improvement in operational excellence and customer service quality. Collaborates with other members of the corporate leadership team. Promotes a customer-centric sales and service culture to deliver exceptional customer service and drive loan and related services growth objectives.
  • Lead to the consistent and effective application of policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and in alignment with the philosophical position of the Associations and industry practices. Partner with Credit Leadership and Risk to ensure all work activity and processes by the Corporate Operations Team regarding Credit Administration and Delivery are under the organization's credit philosophy.
Leadership Duties

  • Provide team leadership, shared vision, and positive communications to achieve the organizations' vision and strategy consistent with the organizations' core values and team principles. Build strong relationships and collaborative partnerships within the organizations to understand the business opportunities and challenges.
  • Establish a positive, participative, and collaborative team environment that inspires creative, high-performing, continuous learning, and engaged team members.
  • Complete and/or recommend salary administration for team members in accordance with organization's procedures.
  • Develop and monitor the business plan and annual operating budgets related to areas of responsibilities. Review and approve operational expenditures within delegated authority.

Senior Leadership (additional)

  • Provide visionary thinking and develop strategies to reach Associations short-term and long-term goals.
  • Ensure initiatives are implemented and adhered to Associations strategic goals.
  • Responsible for overall business planning and approval of business unit budgets.
  • Proactively collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders across multiple business units.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science preferred.
Years of Experience
  • 12 years of experience, which may include prior senior leadership experience in Business Administration, Operations experience. Prior leadership experience required
