Job Description
Farm Services, LLC is looking for a Farm Worker to join our team. This position will be responsible for the farm work, maintenance, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in agricultural work and a desire to learn more. We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, and is willing to work hard to help us grow our business.
Responsibilities
- Maintain farm equipment and machinery for production agriculture
- Maintain equipment by cleaning and lubricating parts and systems; performing periodic inspections; performing preventative maintenance; maintaining records of performance and maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager to improve the productivity of the farm.
- Drive farm vehicle such as tractor or trailer to transport materials or materials from site to site.
- Operate power tools such as drills and saws when necessary.
Qualifications
- Able to perform physical labor in all weather conditions and in all types of terrain including but not limited to; walking on gravel roads, climbing ladders, driving on roads, etc.
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more without assistance. May be required to carry items up stairs or walk up hills.
- Able to drive a tractor trailer and operate various machinery including but not limited to: grinders, saws etc.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
