We're looking for a Human Resources Associate with strong customer service skills. This position works closely with employees and will be involved with benefits administration including supplemental insurance plans, workers compensation, retirement plans, and leave administration. The person in this position will audit and process invoices, field questions from employees and vendors, handle enrollment and termination processes, as well as various other clerical and administration duties.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5
Skills:
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technology skills and proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
