KEITH WOOD INSURANCE AGENCY

Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill either a part-time or full-time position.

Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.

Responsibilities


  • Answering phone calls that come in to the agency
  • Taking payments from existing customers 
  • Following up with customers for documents, payments and quotes
  • Filing documents when necessary
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our existing and potential clients 

Requirements


  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Great customer service skills. 
  • Ability to make good impression on customers.
  • Must be prompt. 
  • Must be able to obtain or already have a Washington Insurance License (we will help you through the process of getting one!)
