As a licensed Agency Business Consultant, you will be part of a District Leadership Team that is helping to develop Farmers Insurance Agency Owners on the High Plains by offering guidance and coaching to our agency force. Sales and/or management experience required.

Responsibilities
- Provides on-going support to insurance agents as needed.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with business owners and community leaders.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Career minded vision.
- Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
