We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving customer issues, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to think quickly and accurately in order to provide the best possible service.

Requirements:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License is required or willing to obtain within 30 days
- 1 year insurance customer service experience required
- Life & Health insurance license strongly preferred
- Bilingual (english/spanish speaking) is a plus
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Works well in a fast paced environment
- Very strong interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Keep track of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
