We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.
Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill an entry level sales position. This position is fill time, scheduling appointments or calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews. Insurance licensing is not necessary to start, coursework for licensing is FREE, however licensing is expected 60 days into the process.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
