Customer Service Rental Representative
Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our team. We are growing and looking to have someone support our rental car counter part-time or full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
- Manage reservations through online booking and incoming phone calls, customer inquiries, etc.
- Accurately qualify customers for rental reservations based on corporate policies.
- Organize paper contracts and keep counter clean.
- Address escalated customer concerns with empathy and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and independent decision-making skills.
