What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Retail Analyst position at Fashion Group?
Position
The IT Retail Solutions Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day business operations and will be in the focal point of contact to support store applications and solutions as well as support projects roll-outs and continuous improvements initiatives.
Front Office Applications
- To be the solution owner of the Retail Applications landscape in stores, understanding technical and functional setup and use cases by the end user
- To oversee all daily activities, including projects and daily support requests
- To coordinate global and local initiatives: Apps configuration and deployment, New front solutions updates and launches, POS maintenance and upgrades…
- To collaborate with internal BO (Business Operations) teams if need be
- To communicate effectively on projects and initiatives status with all parties involved/impacted
- To report to management in an effective way about overall operations/projects status where the team is participating in
- To liaise with Maison Central to exchange on best practices, upcoming projects, and operations attention points
- To help configuring, testing Retail solutions prior to store openings and project launches to ensure seamless operations fpr the users
- To ensure LVMH and Maisons standards are applied and followed in FG Maison’s
- To work in synergy with the Business Team, IT & Security and Support team to ensure seamless operations and processes within the IS&T team
- To think ‘big picture’ and offer solutions of synergies and mutualization of processes and systems to the Maison’s IS&T Central teams
Support
- To cultivate and maintain relationship with local support partners to ensure FCR rate improvement
- To identify areas of improvements, support operations and develop them in partnership with the support teams (external and internal)
- To support business teams for FO Applications fixes, improvements, and deployments (needs gathering and communication to the Central IT, management of planning and expectations and roll out support)
- To provide L2 and L3 support for FO Applications inquiries et more specifically Cegid solutions
- To collaborate with outsource application L2 support teams on support tickets and shift left (knowledge transfer and training)
- To identify areas of improvements in support processes with the Central IT team to lower incidents numbers and time to resolutions
- To able to effectively communicate with business on urgent topics affecting day-to-day business operations
- To be main POC of weekly/biweekly business support meetings
Procurement and Budgeting
- To work closely with infrastructure team for mobility devices, stores, and HQ IT equipment’s procurement (Laptop, computers, phones, scanners, screens…)
- To monitor Retail Applications projects budgets within the scope of work and ensure compliance with budget limits
- To identify and lead cost efficiency initiatives if need be
Profile
PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
- Strong and effective interpersonal communication skills essential
- Experience and relevant qualifications in IS&T area
- Autonomy with good reporting skills
- Focused on objectives and mid-long-term results
- Able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment
- A flexible, intuitive, and proactive approach

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000-90,000 per year. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
