Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sales success in the security industry and a deep understanding of the security services market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking
- Respond and close warm provided inbound leads
- Create and send proposals and consistently follow up with clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with our Operations team to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is exceptional
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify areas of improvement and ensure expectations are being met
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales activity
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and relevant laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service in an ethical and professional manner
- Achieve sales targets or goals.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent: The applicant should have completed high school education or hold an equivalent degree to be eligible for this position.
- Sales experience in the security industry a plus, but not required
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to remain calm, and speak clearly & confidently on the phones.
