Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns or issues
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training programs
- Schedule and manage employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee time records
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment

Experience:
- Proven experience in store management or assistant management role
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in supervising staff and resolving conflicts or issues
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
