About the Position:

Fastpath is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the rapidly-growing Marketing team. We are looking for a highly motivated performance marketer, who will be responsible for driving and implementing a full funnel, multi-channel marketing strategy to create demand and pipeline including advertising, ABM, lifecycle initiatives, content creation, email, social and more.

 

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and be responsible for acquiring new customers and strategically deploying campaigns against our paid and organic channels. This includes planning, developing and overseeing all marketing initiatives. This individual will work with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Sales, Ops, and Partner/field marketing to execute our go-to-market strategy across the respective regions to achieve growth and ROI goals. The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving accelerated growth through the design, creation and execution of high-quality lead generation programs, and customer advocacy through effective nurture programs, including content development, launch, measurement, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative partners, SME’s and Product Management to write marketing content that advances the Fastpath brand and directly impacts pipeline/ROI goals.
  • Leverage ideal customer profiles to develop and write creative, engaging messaging, positioning, and marketing assets that resonate with the target audience and drive demand.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing and Marketing Ops to support high-performance ABM marketing activity.
  • Ownership of creating and writing email nurture campaigns across the buyers' journey at defined targeted activation levels, aligned to ABM.
  • Partner with Sales, BDRs and Customer Service to build, create and execute outbound marketing content and assets.
  • Monitor trends and insights by market, persona, or accounts to inform marketing campaigns and content creation to support each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Responsible for monitoring, tracking and optimizing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve future campaign performance and support overall pipeline generation and revenue goals.
  • Partner closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners to ensure strong marketing alignment Drive marketing activities that support account planning, pipeline generation and deal progression.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years proven B2B SaaS marketing experience across integrated channels in a high-growth company.
  • Must have experience of marketing automation, able to create and implement email nurture programs, segment target lists and campaign generate assets including emails, landing pages, and forms, etc.
  • Must be able to write and produce content to support marketing activities
  • Proven track record of defining and executing demand campaign strategies that deliver results against funnel metrics and KPIs
  • Strong understanding of persona marketing, marketing automation systems, data integration, nurture flows, and marketing operations.
  • Experience with MarTech and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense and Google Analytics
  • Shown success in packaging and driving delivery of marketing strategy, campaigns and programs with measurable return on investment (ROI) metrics
  • Experience running and measuring campaigns with advanced a/b experimentation, creative testing, and segmentation strategies.
  • Proven success in campaign execution, including development and delivery of innovative campaigns and programs that drive demand.

How You’ll Be Rewarded:

  • Competitive Base Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000 annually
    • The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.

At Fastpath we encourage and support our team members to work where they work best.  We offer in-office, hybrid and remote working options for our team members.  


The preferred location for this position is Denver, CO.  We are remote-friendly and will consider candidates who reside in Colorado. In-office work is available for team members located near our office location in Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay Transparency:

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Fastpath publishes salary ranges on all job postings which currently includes estimated annual cash salary ranges. Fastpath leverages current market data to determine compensation, therefore posted figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. The base pay range provided by Fastpath represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.

In addition to cash salary, the total compensation package Fastpath offers may include additional incentives such as a company bonus or variable compensation/commission.
