What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Office Manager position at FasTrak Insurance Solutions Inc?
As office manager your duties consist of the following:
- Manage operations and productivity at the office.
- Make sure QC is being taken care of to minimize issues.
- Assist in claims management. Identify and analyze risks associated with policies. Preside over claims investigations.
- Handle any complaints and/or issues with clients.
- Review insurance policies. Each new policy should be reviewed and signed off daily.
- Handle all banking and accounting day by day for all office transactions. Make sure
deposits are being made daily.
- Handle weekly schedules and on call times.
- Make sure agents are hitting goals and daily to do requirements (Mass outflow, social media marketing, marketing and networking, pushing outbound calls to unsold or cancelled clients)
These are the basic duties but making sure the office is running and profiting daily is mainly what we are going to be looking for.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $12,500.00 per month
