Fasts Greenery in Arrington, TN is looking for one head grower position to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 7835 Nolensville Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employees in a growing operation - annuals , perennials and some shrubs
  • maintain quality controls
  • coordinate with vendors on supplies

Qualifications

  • Horticulture degree or prior experience
  • prior greenhouse experience a plus
