We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a multi location team with members in our Charlotte, South Charlotte, and Rock Hill custom sign centers. The ideal candidate has demonstrated individual sales excellence followed by successful team management experience. In this role you will employ a blend of best practices and practical process and tools combined with entrepreneurial initiatives, to meet and exceed year-over-year sales growth and profitability. We're looking for a team leader who is a natural communicator and motivator, collaborator and facilitator -- not a sales 'boss'.

This is what we're looking for in an ideal candidate:
  • An experienced manager with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who has experience leading a team of 5 to 15 B2B sales professionals specializing in custom or build-to-order products.
  • Experience introducing, reinforcing, and measuring best practices in inside and outside sales, individually and across the team. You understand the value of sales metrics to assess and guide performance, improvement, and growth.
  •  A leader who enjoys working with people and teams to solve problems. You don't love continual change, yet know that a degree of continuous measured change is often important. 
  • You practice and reinforce a culture of creativity, problem solving, personal responsibility and accountability. You monitor and enforce key business process compliance.
  • You have experience with B2B marketing including CRM implementation (experience with Hubspot CRM is ideal), social media engagement, and collaborating with franchise representatives and/or external partners in areas such as SEO, email marketing, and the application of available digital, web, and print sales and marketing content. 
  • You are familiar with the use of enterprise point-of-sale systems to develop estimates, convert orders, and track projects. You are familiar with pricing fundamentals and basic project management principles. You're  intrigued by the the potential application of new technologies such as AI.
  • You're highly responsive, definitely not a serial procrastinator. You recognize that sales success can only be sustained by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • You enjoy what you do and strive to maintain a like team work environment.
